Let it never be lost on us that we are lucky enough to see the alpine ridges of Utah's La Sal Mountain Range from the top of the Telluride Ski Resort. One of the prominent peaks that you can see is named Tukuhnikivatz, a Southern Paiute word translating to “where the sun sets last”.
